It’s been a great year for books so far. I’ve had so much commute time to read my staggering to-be-read pile and it’s been such a relaxing way to start and end my days! Last year I drove to work, and attempted to get into the world of audiobooks, but obviously, they don’t hold a candle to real, paper books.
Here’s a short list of some of the more interesting books I read this summer and early fall. My favorite is the last one, Margaret Atwood’s The Blind Assassin. Atwood has long been a favorite author of mine, and now that so many of her novels are being adapted into shows, the world gets to revisit what makes her such a relevant, powerful, and ultra-talented writer!
