Fashion // Renaissance Faire style

I’ve got a fun look for you guys today! For years now, I’ve been going to the Renaissance Faire at the end of summer with my family and friends, and it’s always a great day of silliness, food on a stick, gorgeous handmade jewelry, shows, and of course, it’s an excuse to dress up! One year I went as a pirate, but this year I’m going back to my usual, with a dreamy dress and some kind of fun headwear. It’s not a super costumey look, but I like that it seems more laid back!

I got this dress from Zaful, a site that can be hit or miss. I reviewed them before! I really like this dress, but was disappointed with the fact that it’s so sheer. A slip fixed that problem, but I would have liked a better quality dress! The baroque-style necklace is also from Zaful, and it’s a loooot better quality than the dress is. See what I mean about hit or miss?

I also got a deal on this floral headband from H&M. The flower crowns they sell at the Faire (and the ones that have long been ubiquitous at music festivals) are super expensive, but this simple one was only $10 or so! I love a good deal.

Hope you like this look!
